Rawan has been key in supporting the Shabab Program, she has a passion for working with youth and has led multiple different youth networks. Before AFSC, Rawan led 51 Youth Committees to achieve economic and social engagement, to ensure youth are fairly represented throughout both local and national levels, and supporting youth to be active citizens in their communities.
Benard Oduor Adudah is the AFSC program officer in Somalia.
Bilal brings a background in programs management, youth leadership, education, child protection, humanitarian response, and community cohesion. Since 2010, Bilal worked on relief projects during the beginning of the Syria crisis and worked with grassroots organizations in community development in Palestinian camps and rural areas in the south of Jordan.
