NASHUA --- Dr. Martin Luther King Celebration at First Baptist Church of Nashua, with Keynote Speaker, Rev. Cheryl Harris, Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Attleboro, MA. Musical Performances by FBC Chancel Choir, New Fellowship Baptist Church Gospel Choir, NH Gay Men's Chorus, The Nashua Interfaith Choir, and soloists Sophia White and Julia Leonard. FBC Nashua is at 121 Manchester Street. If the parking lot is full, there will be free shuttle service & additional parking available at Pennichuck Middle School. Childcare available. LACONIA --- “Here I Am, Send Me,” a documentary about Jonathan Daniels, will be shown at the Beane Center, 35 Blueberry Lane in Laconia, at 3:00 PM followed by a discussion with the film’s director, Dr. Lawrence Benaquist. The program is sponsored by the Laconia Human Relations Committee.
TAMWORTH – Martin Luther King Day Celebration at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House in Tamworth, 6 PM, sponsored by Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Eastern Slope and World Fellowship. Music, refreshments, and a talk by Arnie Alpert of AFSC-NH.

MANCHESTER – Martin Luther King Day Breakfast of Celebration, with performances by Reverend Renee Rouse, Chrickson Brown, Vibes of Style Performers. Special guests include Pastor Eric Jackson, Congressman Chris Pappas, and Mayor Joyce Craig. Including a delicious breakfast from Madear's Catering. HOLLIS – 36th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Breakfast, sponsored by Southern NH Outreach for Black Unity, with keynote speaker Arnie Alpert of the American Friends Service Committee, at the Alpine Grove Banquet Facility, 19 S. Kianny N. Antigua is a Senior Lecturer of Spanish, translator, and fiction writer for both children and adults, and poet.
