A coalition that calls to divest from the systems that cage and criminalize our community members, and to invest in holistic healthcare, housing, and life-affirming resources that create true safety and healing for Alameda County residents.
AFSC's California Healing Justice Program is a founding member of the Care First Community Coalition (CFCC).
Care First is a group of Alameda County organizations and community members who share a commitment to reducing the number of individuals with behavioral health concerns in Santa Rita Jail and preventing the future incarceration of Alameda County residents with behavioral health concerns.
