Clarence Pickett Testimony in Support of the Wagner Rogers Bill

The 1939 Wagner-Rogers Bill proposed admitting 20,000 German refugee children to the United States outside of immigration quotas. Despite the testimony of Clarence Pickett and others the bill was never brought up for a vote.
