This documentary "slide-tape" was created for the AFSC's Student Rights and Responsibilities Project in Dayton, Ohio in 1977.  It was used to encourage parents to take an activist approach to improving the fairness and educational effectiveness of the public schools. The issues being addressed are still relevant today.
