Willa is responsible for implementing and managing human resources policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, benefits, employee relations, and equal opportunity employment in compliance with government regulations and organizational for AFSC's staff of over 300 people. She is also responsible for ongoing relations with AFSC's three unions. Willa, who has worked at AFSC since 1994, has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Langston University and a Master’s in business administration/human resources from the University of Central Oklahoma.
