Erika Gable is AFSC's Director of Leadership Gifts. Erika has over 20 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations, from small start-ups to large global organizations. She specializes in donor relations, development strategy, and nonprofit board development. Erika has led the Association of Fundraising Professionals of Central Ohio for over the last decade and is the currently the Immediate Past President.

She is also a second-generation Quaker, raised in the Madison Monthly Meeting in Madison, WI. Erika is based out of Ohio, where she has lived for the past 17 years. She holds an MBA and MPA in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from The Ohio State University, and a BS-Art from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She enjoys reading, puzzling, and hiking, and spending time with her daughter, husband, and two big dogs, Dax and Jess.
