The Intergenerational Freedom Futures Collective (IFFC) is an innovative model of youth–elder collaboration within a racial justice framework. Through monthly convenings, digital storytelling, systems mapping, and collaborative evaluation of long-term impact, IFFC deepens abolition-centered visions of safety, belonging, and accountability in St. Louis and beyond.
The IFFC Fellow plays a critical role in building the infrastructure and relational ecosystem that supports this work. This position requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders—including youth leaders, community elders, grassroots organizers, educators, local institutions, and, at times, elected officials and policy influencers. The Fellow will contribute to strategy and reflection while curating documentation and narrative assets that shape internal learning and public understanding of the IFFC model.
This role blends leadership and learning: the Fellow will gain hands-on experience in intergenerational movement-building and narrative strategy while supporting the development of frameworks, partnerships, and tools that position IFFC as a replicable model for justice-centered transformation.
