The Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion (DGDI) is responsible for developing and leading AFSC’s global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. This position provides guidance and coaching to leadership teams across regions and departments, ensuring the integration of DEI goals into organizational policies, training, and decision-making. The DGDI serves as a liaison to staff governance committees and plays a critical role in driving cultural transformation and fostering an inclusive workplace.
