A Program Manager at American Friends Service Committee Burundi since May 2022  contributing to the design, planning, implementation, M&E and reporting of Program projects  focusing on good management of the organization resources  and evidence based results. Elysee has an incredible experience in the programs and projects  management with expertise on Monitoring and Evaluation of Global programs . 

Elysee has worked for 11 years for World Vision International Burundi contributing to the management of multilateral programs and projects  in both transformational development , humanitarian & peace building and advocacy settings.

She has a strong influence and capability in leadership, grants acquisition and programs plans development and Management. In fact, her teamwork , togetherness and humility contribute to reach her vision and goals.  Studying and singing gospel songs are  her main hobbies.
