Tell Congress: Stop U.S. wars and imperialism

On Jan. 3, U.S. military forces bombed Venezuela’s capital city and abducted President Nicolás Maduro. This was an illegal act of war.

The U.S. president does not have the authority to unilaterally attack another country—be it Venezuela or elsewhere. Our members of Congress must act now to prevent further escalation.

As a Quaker organization committed to peace and justice, AFSC opposes war and violence in all its forms. Join us in speaking out today.

Tell Congress: Assert your war powers authority and say NO more war and imperialism.
