Pass a Farm Bill to reduce hunger

Right now, Congress is negotiating the 2026 Farm Bill. This is an opportunity that comes once every five years to determine what food is grown, how it’s grown, and who can afford it.

With over $1 trillion in spending, the Farm Bill funds SNAP (formerly food stamps) and other vital nutrition programs that tens of millions of people depend on. It is also a critical tool for responding to the climate crisis.

But right now, some members of Congress are planning to let huge cuts to SNAP take effect. We can’t let that happen.

Tell Congress to pass a Farm Bill that helps people meet their nutritional needs—and builds a more just, sustainable food system.
