Kimberly Niles joined AFSC as director of planning and evaluation in June 2018. At AFSC, her initial focus is on visioning and execution of a new strategic framework for 2020-2030.

Kimberly has over 20 years of experience with a variety of international development organizations (ChildFund International, Education Development Center, Right To Play and Save the Children) and has worked in 30+ countries.
