Bridgette brings a passionate commitment to her role in leading Human Resources. She supervises policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, benefits, employee and labor relations, and equal opportunity employment. In addition to ensuring compliance with government regulations, she works organizationally to support the growth of AFSC's staff across the globe. She thrives in creating a collaborative, equitable, and engaging workplace. Bridgette holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from California State University, Chico.  She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
