The Robert Andrew Stuart Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to develop organizing and facilitation skills within AFSC's Emerging Leaders for Liberation (ELL) while also making an impact on the lives of young people in Philadelphia. Fellowship duties will be split between AFSC’s Philadelphia Engagement work and the ELL program.
This Fellowship is designed as a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. The selected Fellow will be given a unique opportunity to gain hands-on skills in grassroots youth organizing and youth leadership development.
The Fellow will assist with the implementation of AFSC’s ELL program. The Fellow will participate in program facilitation and curriculum development, and will learn alongside other young adults across the US through the process of developing and building individual and collective social justice initiatives, as well as networking and coalition building.
