The Regional Director is accountable for the implementation of AFSC’s strategic plan in the region and speaks on behalf of the AFSC when interacting with Quaker organizations and communities, government officials, United Nations representatives, other international and national NGOs, and partners. The Regional Director plays a key role in regional fundraising and external relations and leads regional grant management and compliance. They lead the region’s thought leadership and agenda setting in alignment with International Program priorities and the AFSC strategic plan.
