Genocide is unfolding in Sudan. More than 60,000 are dead, an estimated 12 million are displaced, and famine is spreading rapidly. Every day, more people are killed, injured, or subjected to rape and sexual violence.
The United States must act now.
The U.S. government has already determined that the Rapid Response Forces (RSF) is committing genocide—and that both the RSF and the Sudanese Armed Forces have carried out war crimes. Yet the violence continues.
Urge Congress to act today. Elected officials must pressure the Trump administration to condemn the genocide, restore U.S. humanitarian aid to Sudan, hold accountable the United Arab Emirates and other sponsors of these atrocities, and push for strong diplomacy for peace.
