There are two AFSC programs located in Baltimore, Maryland: 

The Friend of a Friend Program fosters the peaceful resolution of conflict and promotes reconciliation and healing inside the criminal justice system of Maryland. 

The Baltimore Peace by Piece Program works with youths to find common ground and peaceful resolutions to conflict.
