Tell Congress: Urgent action is needed on climate change!
Share
The climate crisis has disproportionately harmed Indigenous, Black, and Brown people and other poor and marginalized communities worldwide. These communities have made the fewest contributions to greenhouse gases, yet they have faced the most devastating consequences to their health, livelihoods, and ecosystems.
The U.S. must take urgent action for climate justice. In 2022, President Biden signed historic climate legislation into law. But in March, President Biden approved the massive Willow oil gas drilling project in Alaska, despite massive environmental concerns. And Congress is now considering policy proposals that would make more concessions to fossil fuel industries and undermine progress in addressing climate change.
That’s why elected officials must hear from us today. Tell Congress to act now to move us closer to climate justice!
