Abir is a feminist and political activist born in Nazareth and now based in Ramallah, Palestine.  She is a former Nazareth City Councilwoman and today works as a media analyst and consultant. Abir will be speaking about her work on the front lines of the popular protest movement in Palestine, Oslo’s influence on the will to resist among Palestinians, and ways Palestinians are overcoming the obstacles and challenges posed by Oslo and its aftermath.
