Patriotic Peaceniks Picnic

Patriots Picnic

Participants at the AFSC Kansas City Patriots Picnic.

In an annual tradition, AFSC supporters in the Kansas City area gathered on July 3 for a "Patriots Picnic," celebrating Independence Day, the freedoms of our democracy and the continuing peacemaking work of AFSC.

Celebrants feasted on picnic fare while enjoying the music of American Fingerstyle guitarist Kevin Hyatt and Women of the Drum.
