AFSC Immigrant Rights Program provides legal services to eligible young people. If you are interested and think you qualify for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), you will need to call our office number: 973-643-1924 to make an appointment. Prior to your appointment, you will need to fill out the Intake Form and collect all necessary documents listed under "DACA-What You Need to Know-Documents," both attached. You should check out our "DACA Document Check List" and collect as many documents as possible to bring to your appointment.

Not sure if you are eligible? Try "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Eligibility Screening Interview" at This interview will help you to understand your eligibility for deferred action under this program.
