How does your faith tell you to respond to threats like 9/11?

     On this 10th anniversary of 9/11 we invite you to send your hopes for the future to your elected officials. Print out this document and complete the card below and send it to your elected official (and email a copy to afsckc@afsc.org if you are able).

     Add your personal comment in the space provided and fax or scan and email your card to your U.S. Senators and Congressperson.

     We can do better than endless war. It is time to allow our faiths’ wisdom to help guide us in a post-9/11 world.

That wisdom includes reducing the underlying causes of violence and terrorism:

  • reduce human suffering-- heal the sick and create jobs;
  • support governments which meet the needs of their people not the interests of multinational corporations; and
  • fund development and health, not war and military sales.
