Internships, Apprenticeships and Training

Here you will find organizations that will train you for a specific job or career. Some offer paid or unpaid internships – temporary job opportunities allowing students to get practical work experience. Internships are a great way to get experience, to get plugged into a company, and to make you more likely to be hired. Some organizations offer paid or unpaid apprenticeships – experience-based training programs for a trade or craft. Apprenticeships are especially valuable because companies often hire the apprentices that they train. Some organizations provide job training for skilled jobs like construction, cooking, manufacturing, and more.
