Actions to Consider

  1. Within the next week, speak with at least one person about torture.
  2. Host our "End US-Sponsored Torture" workshop.
  3. Join our Stop Torture committee. (Contact Eisha Mason.)
  4. Volunteer with the Program for Torture Victims in Los Angeles.
  5. Sign petitions to end torture (below).

Sign the following petitions:

  1. Tell State Legislators: California Health Professionals Must Not Engage in Torture (AFSC Stop Torture Project and other organizations)
  2. No More Abu Ghraibs: Ask Congress to Fully Investigate CIA and DoD Interrogation Methods (Physicians for Human Rights)
  3. Demand the Restoration of Habeus Corpus (Center for Constitutional Rights) .
