Queens (NY) Gazette: Museum At Queens College Honors Afghan Civilian Casualties

Civilian casualties are commemorated in Windows and Mirrors: Reflections on the War in Afghanistan, a traveling exhibition coming to the Godwin-Ternbach Museum at Queens College for the second stop on its cross-country tour. The show features fifty 4’ x 6’ panels on parachute fabric made by an international group of artists, including participants from Queens College. The exhibition also introduces images collected by Zahir Wahab, a professor of education at Lewis and Clark College who visited Afghanistan and asked high school students to draw images from their daily reality.
