Despite its calls for a non-military resolution to the conflict in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory, the U.S. continues to fund the militarization of the conflict through the direct and indirect military assistance it provides to the Israeli military and the Palestinian Authority.
AFSC works to change U.S. policy to instead support those pushing for nonviolent change, an end to Israel's occupation, and equality between Palestinians and Israelis.

Information and materials for action
Since 1948 AFSC has worked with Palestinians, Israelis, and the international community to realize a just and lasting peace between Palestinians and Israelis.
In order to challenge the economic systems that sustain and profit from occupation and violence in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory, AFSC supports economic activism including the use of nonviolent Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) tactics.
