BAE Protest 7-31-12

"Build Schools not Bombs"

About 20 people from AFSC, NH Peace Action, NH Citizens Alliance for Action, and Every Child Matters held signs in front of BAE Systems in Merrimack NH on July 31 to call for cuts in military spending and increased support for programs that meet community needs for education, health care, and housing.   The picket was timed to coincide with a "town hall meeting" organized by 3 US Senators to boost support for high levels of military spending.
