YOUR RIGHTS WHEN AN AGENT KNOCKS: A teach-in organized by Chicago Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild

Friday, October 8, 2010 - 7:00pm

On September 24, 2010, the FBI executed search warrants on the homes of, served grand jury subpoenas on, and “visited” anti-war and solidarity activists in several cities, including Chicago and Minneapolis, purportedly to investigate the alleged “material support” of Palestinian, Colombian, and other groups designated by the US as “terrorist” organizations.
On Friday, October 8, 2010,  at 7 p.m., at Cafe Mestizo, Chicago NLG will talk about how to exercise your rights in the face of such governmental visits, search warrants, and subpoenas. Know your rights.  Come and get educated.
