There will be a free showing of the documentary The Tillman Story at 2 pm, Sunday, March 27, at the Oak Park Main Library, 834 Lake Street, Oak Park. The film examines the family’s crusade to reveal the truth beneath the mythology of their son’s life and death. The presentation is part of a film series sponsored by the Oak Park Coalition for Truth and Justice and the Oak Park Public Library.
A brief talk by Ray Parrish, Director of Military and Veterans Counseling, and Q & A and open discussion will follow the showing. Light refreshments are served.
