                Capitol West Steps - Park west of the steps

        Program:  Candid statements from those participating followed by group chants

        Might be interpretive dancing and drumming

        Participants will display signs depicting their sadness for Japan, their concerns about nuclear power in Iowa, and their hopes for clean energy.
