Afghan Alternatives to the U.S. Troop Surge

A talk and slide show by Peter Lems, the Program Director for Education and Advocacy on Iraq and Afghanistan for the American Friends Service Committee.  In December of 2008, Peter went to Afghanistan to visit with AFSC staff, contribute to a conflict assessment, and help design the organizations program work for the coming years.
