TABLES AND TENTS
Groups must provide all of their own equipment including tables, tents, chairs, electricity or anything else that may be required. The Peace Fest only provides a friendly space and does NOT provide any other resources or equipment.
Large tents require special permits by the city. Do NOT bring any tent over 12 feet tall.
DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS
There is a service road that runs through the park that is accessible near the corner of LaSalle Dr. and Stockton. This road can be used ONLY to drop off and pick up equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, etc.
Please drive very slowly through the park. Vehicles cannot be parked on the service road and must be immediately moved after drop offs and pickups. There will be a member of the Peace Fest Staff available near the stage if any help is needed to load or unload and carry equipment to and from your vehicle.
Tables and tents can be kept backstage overnight (on Friday and Saturday) so that you don’t have to haul everything back and forth each day. A security guard will be hired to watch the area. We will do our very best to keep your belongings safe but the Peace Fest is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
