Wage Theft in South Florida

This is the second in a series of reports monitoring the growing problem of wage theft in Florida by the Center for Labor Research and Studies at Florida International University's Research Institute on Social and Economic Policy.  The report uses information from AFSC's work on wage theft in South Florida along with previously unanalyzed data from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, and other community organizations.

The report shows evidence of a widespread problem across a broad spectrum of industries in Florida.
