Urban Peace and Citizen Security in Latin America

AFSC staff and partners participated in the United Nations 5th World Forum in conjuction with the Urban Social Forum held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from March 22-26, 2010.

The primary aim of this Dialogue and Exchange project was to provide participants with opportunities for direct contact and networking with practitioners and researchers on urban peace and/or citizen security from other continents like Africa, Asia, Europe and USA.
