Colorado Senate Bill 90 (SB 90) is a 2006 state law which requires local law enforcement to report anyone arrested, for any offense, who is suspected of being an undocumented immigrant to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

This pamphlet, in English and Spanish, describes how SB 90 works, its negative effects, and suggested remedies. The pamphlet was created by Coloradoans for Immigrant Rights, a project of AFSC Colorado.
