In this four-minute interview, Hector describes how he found out about AFSC and why he thinks volunteers should give their time freely. Hector and other volunteers are working with Jody Mashek, legal services director of AFSC's Iowa Immigrant Voice Program, as AFSC assists Salvadorans who are renewing their temporary protected status, or TPS.
